Misrespresentation on advert

I took out a contract on 21/3 at Game in Bloem. I confirmed with the consultant what I will get on the contract and was informed a laptop, modem, LG C105 phone on straight up 50 with free sms etc and 3 gig data per month. Same day I called the called centre twice to confirm the above, I was again informed of the same.

On the 3/5 when I haven't received my data, I called the call centre, the consultant then advised me that the 3gig was only a once off thing! This is definitely not what the advertisement said! or the consultants!! I requested to speak to a manager, was transferred to Vusi, he said he will go and listen to the conversations and come back to me by 3 the same day. I am still waiting for him to call me! I phoned the call centre since
Friday evening to try to speak to him, eventually getting to him on Tuesday, and boy was he rude!!

I then wanted to speak to his manager as I was not happy with his attitude towards me, and already phoned the call centre seven times again, leaving messages for Nobile to call me, but with no avail!!!
