I have been receiving calls from Elite Mobile, trying to sell me a cell phone contract, I do understand that all of us needs to make a living but when I tell you in a friendly polite manner that I am not interested and can't afford your deal no matter how cheap it is, and your call centre agents starts questioning my personal financial affairs or slamming the phone down in my ear, is most certainly not going to make me ever use you company in future or recommended it to anybody.
I see from the many complaints you get you are always taking action against the agent, maybe you should give them proper training on manners before you let them call potential customers.
Remove my number immediately, and I will also be contacting Vodacom to tell them that you are pretending to be the Vodacom agent.
And I realy want to know where did you get my number?
