MTN contracts can only be cancelled by calling the call centre, there is no other way.
First you have to deal with the rude call centre consultants, whose attitude worsens when they hear you want to do a cancellation. Then they transfer you to the cancellations department, because they have no direct line; which you will hold for at least 30mins to speak to a consultant. If your lucky, and your call is not dropped, because that is what MTN does..drops calls, you will go through a lengthy process to cancel a contract that has run its course; all while dealing with a rude and incompetent consultant on the phone.
MTN I will report you to ICASA, for dropped calls, no voice service coverage, no data coverage in places you claim to have 3G coverage. I am yet to experience your 3G. I type this as I am holding for the second time for an operator... 20 mins running.
