Disgusted and Appalled at Consutant at Vodacom KC

I was at your Vodacom store in Kenilworth Centre on Sunday (02 June) morning and i am totally disgusted at the service i received.

On 27th May my father and i went to your store to do his upgrade and unfortunately the store didn't have any stock of the phone he wanted but they told us that they will be getting stock in during the course of the week and will give us a call. On saturday, 01 June we still didnt hear anything and yesterday (02 June) we decided to the store a visit and found out they do have stock. We stood in the queue from 12:00pm which at the time we didnt mind. At 12:45pm one of your consultants from the help desk brings another customer (who came into the store long after us, and seats her down to see a consultant before us as it was our turn next. When i told him that we have been standing in the line for almost an hour he had a pretty ugly attitude towards us. He said that the store closes in 15mins and that we couldnt be helped and he then toold us to go to another service provider as he doesnt care. im very appalled that he chased us out the shop while ther was 15mins left.
I am disgusted that this is the kind of people that represents Vodacom Kenilworth
