Disgusting Service Regarding iPhone 5

I have beeen battling with Vodacom for 2 weeks to find out which stores have the iPhone 5 in stock. The call centre isn't able to assist and puts yoy on hold for 10 minutes before dropping your call. Every single store I call has no stock at all or only has stock for "cash purchases" and not contract upgrades?! How does this even make business sense?! You are turning away customers even though you have the product in your store! To top it all off I spoke to the Westgate store last week and the gentleman promised me they would be receiving stock by Friday this week (today) and he would call me to let me know when it arrives. Needless to say he never bothered to call and I had to call myself, only to be told that the shipment has been delayed due to "the flight from the supplier being cancelled". Thanks for letting me know! Other stores merely say they have no stock and no idea when they will be receiving - very helpful! This has been a complete nightmre and I am seriously considering giving up with the contract upgrade and moving to a cellular provide that is actually interested in receiving my business. Thanks for nothing Vodacom.
