Double Debit

Hi, my account was in arrears for the data bundle. Called the callcentre to enquire the amount so I could make a payment and settle the balance owing, the amount given was R1492.03 and i was told that i have to manually do the payment - as its the amount in arrears so no debit order can be done. Once i do it i should send a POP thru and the line will become unsuspended. Payment was made - express from FNB to absa and proof of payment was sent thru - line was opened with 24 hours - great.
The next morning - i recieved an sms for a debit order from telkom mobile for R1492.03 (see the dejavu)
called the call centre and requested that they do a reversal - was told to send the statement along with my express payment POP thru and all will be solved - its now 5 days later and im still R1492.03 poorer.

dont tell me that i have to do a manual transaction and that have the nerve to debit me - and dont tell me to send the proofs and statements and do nothing about it.
