I upgraded my Cell contract with Vodacom Westgate on Saturday 28 Sep. Kgomotso assisted me. on Sunday, she phoned me again to confirm that she can cancel BIS and I told her that we received an SMS saying that the account has been migrated to a Top Up 500. I asked for a Smart L contract! Monday morning, the phone stopped working (no BBM, no Emails, i.e no data services)! I phoned Kgomotso who (on her day off) went back to the store to assist me. She advised me that the issue was sorted and it would take about 24 hours for everything to be fixed. However, today, Tuesday, the phone is still not functional! When I phoned the store, Kgomotso said that she can no longer help me as the "Admin Lady" made a mistake and she needs to sort it out... When I spoke to the "Admin Lady", Junita she advised me that she only got the request today (Tuesday) and that she needs a day or two to sort out the issue.. A DAY OR TWO! What?! I also asked for the Manager (Junaid) of the store to phone me, but he is too busy apparently to call back customers... Nice One! It is now day 3 since the upgrade and we still do not have a functional phone with data services!
