Being subscribed to services without consent

After phoning Cell C and having to explain to them that I have not exceeded the 500MB limit a month on my account, they informed me that I have been subscribed to a service. I was not even aware of subscribing to anything so basically without my consent and without me knowing what the service is. Apparently this service costs R18 a day.

During the month of August I was billed R166.04
During the month of September I was billed R665.21

All of this on a R45 a month Contract without me exceeding my monthly data usage limits and not subscribing to anything. I was told that this is not their problem so they referred me to WASPA.
Complaining to WASPA makes no difference since they do not even answer their phones and doing it via the "lodge a complaint" section proved pointless anyway.

Now they want me to pay R474 to cancel my contract, as if doing illegal subtractions without notifications via messages and subscribing me without my consent to services wasn't enough.
