Data still not sorted

With my upgrade I decided to migrate from a voice package to a data package - specifically the the HP Compaq with 1 Gig data - R329 pm. Since the day that I've switched I've never been able to connect to the internet. Shasley from the Cresta branch stated that they apparently migrated me to the wrong plan and that he would get it fixed for me - it would take 7 working days. after 7 days I checked and still there was nothing - it wont even connect. I phoned in and he stated that he referred it to his manager who would sort it out - waited another 7 days and checked again - still nothing. I phoned in a third time and spoke to a lady who stated that Shasley is no longer working there and that she would sort it out for me - NOTHING!!! I phoned in a fourth time on Saturday morning and once again the lady told me that the supervisor/manager will give me a call - NOTHING!!! It has now almost a month and I still don't have any data. I want this sorted out TODAY!!! This is absolutely pathetic service. The number on which the contract is is 0833167755.
