On 20 May 2013, I ported my Vodacom no. 2 MTN when I signed up 4 d Iphone 5. On d 31st of May I was back at d store because d phone took 3 hours 2 download Facebook and 1 hour 2 download Watsapp! My emails were not downloading & d consultants themselves even saw that whilst I was in the store. D manager (Luwando) phoned MTN to change d settings but that did not help. On Saturday I phoned 1555 but again it was useless. Being fed-up, I went back to MTN on Sunday to return d phone but they said that they needed a letter from the data department therefore I should come back on Monday! I went back to the store on Tuesday, 4 June 2013 becos ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH!!
In a period of 4 days, I spent over 8 hours in d MTN store, which is ridiculous!!
It is now 3 weeks later and nothing has happened. MTN doesn't want 2 take responsibility for giving me a faulty phone and each person is passing the buck onto d next. I went back 2 d store on Friday and I was told that MTN is in d process of calling d data coverage dept because they dont want 2 cancel my contract. To date nothing has been done and I've not received feedback from ANYONE.
MTN, How many more HOURS of my time is this gonna take??!!!
