Pathetic Service - no longer want this contract

I took out a contract with NM 230513 & got my S4 280513.I asked for a black one & was sent a white one. Carlo said they don't have black & couldn't say when they would get stock. In the end I took the white one as he couldn't give me an answer. He told me my port would go through by 7pm the same day but it was only sorted out on 30th. I phoned Cust Serv 040613 as I hadn't received my 1G data, they told me to phone the store as they need to load it on their side. I phoned the store spoke to Carlo & he said he would sort it out & phone me back. I phoned back 5/06/13 as nobody phoned me & still no data. Carlo advised that he had just sent them an email & would get back to me but it could be because I had bought a data bundle that's why it didn't go through but he'd sort it out and phone me. I told him had bought the 100mb because I was only given a pro-rata amount & Cust Serv didn't tell me that if I buy a bundle my 1G data would fall away. If that was the case I wouldn't have taken it. It's now the 12th still no phone call from Carlo & still no data. I've been with Vodacom for yrs & never had any problems. I'm disgusted with your service & by all the complaints you receive i'm not the only one.
