Staff unable to assist

We have a spacestream home line that im trying to re-activate after my father in law passed away we cancelled the line and now we would like to re- activate the line. So we do you start... normally you contact the call centre right 10210 (Francois) there told me he wont be able to assist me I have to contact the Business dept so I called 10217 spoke to a lady she cant assist me because its a Telkom spacestream account I have to contact them, I contact the spacestream dept at 08604784728 spoke to Kegan the only who is actually trying to assist me but he is working in the technical dept, and asked me to contact the activations dept 0313193302 this seems to be a private number so I contacted Kegan again and he said it seems the normal activation dept will be able to assist... o yes you guessed correctly no they could not help me either to make this short im currently still holding on the phone with Nthabiseng she is seriously asking me again to contact the Buss dept which I contact several times... I had a guy who actually told me to call from the landline so I wont pay from my cellphone seriously... im trying to activate the freakin line how can I make a call from it??? PLEASE HELP!!
