NO PHONE 4 2MONTHS & DATA CHARGES ON A BLACKBERRY

1>Device Repair Has been booked twice - First time for over 30 days, sent BACK WITH SAME FAULT!
2nd time - 12 Days so far and STILL THERE - The job card says tests ok, I assume that my data will still not WORK!
2>Now notified that my 2GIGS of fair usage does not include wattsapp, do all Nashua Mobile customers know this? Were we informed - APPALLING
3>I have been charged R214 for DATA on a blackberry, DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE?!
The agent Curtis firstly that this is for calls and wattsapp. I point out to him that calls&SMS amt to R116 -total usage R333
Secondly why does he assume this is for wattsapp?
Of the total of 59Mb used, he's assuming that 29Mb is for wattsapp (that I hardly use!)
So his 2nd assumption is that 23 Mb is for ALL other data - Facebook, email, BBM, Google, Appworld. Certainly NOT! A good assumption is that 5Mb is for wattsapp
His third is that I will get charged over 200Mb, NO, I get 2GIGS of fair usage data.
So as a loyal customer of Nashua for over 10 yrs. 2 GIGS of "fair data" means Jack. Using a lousy 59Mb puts me out of pocket. I am absolutely appalled at these service levels, and fa? ade and demand a working phone and refund!
