Want to make an international call

I tried to make a international call on the 5th of February 2014 to my niece for her Birthday, but my phone was block to make international calls. I the proceeded to call 140 (customer care line). Which said that she had activated my international calling line. I had to swicth my phone of take the battery out and reboot my phone which I did. but yet i was still unable to bake the call. I then called the centre back and it was done again. Yet I was still unable to make the call. On the 3rd time I called the call centre I was transferred to the technical dept. Which said that they are unable to assist me as the call centre must activate the international line. when I was placed back to the customer care line the lady confirmed that she was going to log a call as it shows on the system that it is activated yet I was still unable to make the call and by 10:00 on the next day i would be able to make the call.

However today I am still not able to make the call and the international line is still block!!! I phoned 6 on your consultants today already. And I just get the same out of all of them.

I needed to make this call yesterday already!!!
