No service what so ever

I applied online on Monday and received an e-mail to contact the Home loan dept., I spoke to Lebo who advised me that I should speak to the Housing dept. due to the load amount. I then spoke to Julia at the housing dept. who then trf me back to the Home loan dept. because of the purchase amount. (note that all this information was given to each person). I then get through to Pearl Jacobs who again takes down all the information and after a call of 15 min trf's me to the Housing dept. again. Then I speak to Joy who AGAIN takes down all my info and sends me the application form. This I complete and send back the same day. I then receive a mail stating I must contact them regarding incomplete information!!! I call back and I am then advised once again to call the Home loan dept. as Housing cannot assist me!!! I have now tried to apply for a Home Loan with FNB and 5 days later have not accomplished anything!!! What kind of service is this to a client that has been banking with you for almost 7 yrs.?? Should I rather try another bank? Or will you be able to get a competent advisor to assist.
