I called the 10210 number at the beginning of July to cancel- with an SMS and ref number and was told that I would be contacted by the cancellations dept. Needkess to say this did not happen. I now recieve a bill, which I am NOT GOING to pay as this ineffciency is due to lack of follow-through by Telkom. I called again and have been told again that the cancellations dept wuld contact me asap. I am still waiting... despite making it clear that I was not prepared to wait for their cancellations dept to contact me again...
