I cancelled my business lines as at 1/11/2013 and Telkom came and uplifted my switchboard. I now receive a bill charging me for my lines and switchboard in December. I phoned 10217 and spoke to Lefo in the billing/accounts dept. Lefo confirms the line has been cancelled but cannot assist me with the bill I received! THE ACCOUNTS DEPT. CANNOT ASSIST ME WITH A BILL!!!
She says I must speak to the cancellation dept. I then asked to speak to superior and she transferred me to the Telkom action centre.
