After visiting the MTN on-line site to purchase a pre-paid cellphone I decided to add a cellphone to my "shopping cart". The next day when I got to work I decided to complete my purchase. I then discovered the site is under construction which made it impossible to do the payment. After trying numerous times to visit the site I then decided to call them telephonically.
After a very frustrating amount of calls I still was unable to connect to the on-line dept. No one at the call centre could assist in connecting me to the required dept. I even tried to call them using the automated system without any success.
Before I left work on the day I managed to visit the site and then discovered to my dismay that the cellphone I wanted to buy was out of stock.
I have tried to contact the on-line dept. without any luck. I since have sent an e-mail to mtn support but have not had any response or reply.
I am writing this e-mail to express my frustration with MTN that simply refuses to contact anyone who has a legitimate query or problem to sort out. This is not the first time that MTN has ignored my attempts to contact them via e-mail or another type.
Can someone from MTN pls call me?
