Please attend to my querie

I have sent two emails via your website, i have given up many times after being on hold for ever. one can simply not be on hold for so long. i have a job and a boss and over an hour on the line holding for telkom is unacceptable. i have a fault on my line, a querie on my account and already cancelled my adsl due to your service. please please please contact me and assist me in sorting out my concerns and queries.
