VERY BAD SERVICE AT BRANCH

I applied for a contract on the 14 /12-2012 which includes a Samsung GT - S5300 and Samsung LED Tv, 75 MB and 25 sms's for R199 per month which first d/o for end January 2013. Because there was no stock on phones i had to wait until the store receives stock, i only signed my contract on the 21/12/2012 and received my cellphone and contract sim card. I dealt with the Sales Person Bernadine Viviers which was very friendly in helping me and assured that everything was in order that i would receive my TV in 2 weeks from date signed. When i returned to the shop after 2 weeks to enquire abt my TV, the lady was no longer working there and i had to deal with a very rude woman who claimed to be manager and said that she did not deal with me and that i have to wait for Samsung to phone me to do the delivery. I was very upset with her answer but left. Today 17/01/2013 i went back to shop as i still have not received my tv, only to find out that they never booked my tv from the mtn branch itself, The manageress (who is pregnant) speaks to me with disrespect and makes me like a stupid. I am livid, they only booked my TV today, which means i have to wait more? This is really bad service
