In October 2012, I signed up for contract that was a bundled deal from MTN that included Samsung Galaxy pocket phone and 32 inch Samsung 32 LED TV. I received phone still no TV.
I have spoken to several consultants, logged a complaint on MTN's site REF: 1735761 but still no TV. One consultant had the nerve to tell me MTN was not responsible for the shortage of TVs. That is most ridiculous statement one can say as I have contract with MTN and am paying MTN for goods that I have not received!!!
At this point I must have every reason/right to terminate the contract. Apparently they have continued to advertise this deal when they know they can not meet the demand.
This is the most pathetic service I have ever had. Never want to have anything to do with MTN.
