Hi guys the service at Altech Autopage is pathetic, I personally think even the word pathetic is an understatement to how disgusting this company really is. Firstly I had taken out a contract in February 2012 and had been to their store about 6 times in one week for them to rica my sim, in the interim I was promised every time give it 24 hours nothing happened. Thereafter after months upon taking out the contract (in June) I tried the sim guess what?? Still not registered, took it back to the store, apparently there was an IT problem. When the sim had been activated at the end of the month they want to bill me about R700 some odd due to their in competency, of which I refused to pay, its not my problem can't do their job. From june till date there was no contact made with me no statements been sent through and just yesterday an from some debt collection pitches up at my home stating I owe R6000 some odd. I called altech yesterday afternoon and spoke to one of the consultants at the legal dept on 0116502738 a lady by the name of Cynthia was supposed to have called me GUESS WHAT NO CALL. I think a partition needs to be signed around this companies existence.
