06/06/2013 I was contacted by MTN stating that I qualified for an upgrade.
I went to visit my local branch the very next Day. The deal that caught my eye was an Samsung Android plus a 32 inch Samsung LED tv for R189 x24pm. I asked if they had the TV in store. The lady replied no but I can order one in and it will take up to two weeks maximum to get it in. She then asked if I would like to start the new contract and take the phone offered in the meantime. i declined signing any contract until the tv was delivered. She agreed to order the tv and that I could collect in 2 weeks. I have a copy of the application on the 21st. I gave it 2 weeks and no feedback. I went to visit the store on 21st june and got the: oh we tried to contact you story..not true. I asked if the tv was here and she replied YES.. I signed the contract and was given the phone but she quickly changed her story, said there is no tv here and it will take a week to get in. AGAIN!! after several visits they have told me that they are out of stock and thats it!! nada it is the 5th of july and i am paying for nothing. How can I take this to a legal tribunal? I want to claim damages and GET MY TV any help? no 0718333664
