Ad service with bad response

My company upgraded our accounts to a KI account which meant we needed to deal with Vodacom direct. the national account manager (Mercia) was allocated to handle our accounts.we needed to submit all relevany informatiom to be processed-this was done 19/08. after numerous emails with no response i eventually got asked on the11/09 for delivery address. i then was told on the 19/09 that warehouse rejected my order. after numerous emails again Mercia infomed me that she would have an answer on thursday 26th-no response until 01/10 which told me that the order was placed today and there was no stock. i sent her boss (Begum Mohammed) a email to express my dissatisfaction in service, no response after reading it! i contacted the local stores and was told there was stock indeed at a few branches. why not offer an alternative? but when you log onto Vodacom they advertise that exact phone? this ahs left a very bitter taste in my mouth towards Vodacom.
