Telesale. 1st mistake. Advised them I want old no ported & banking details for my staff acc were given on condition no debit order go off on this acc. Didn't have chq account details with me. 1 debit could be a mistake, but a 2nd one has gone off. Was told by telesales I could go to a branch and change these details & do a number port. Been to 2 branches, can't do Vodacom Direct changes. Sent 2 emails with no response. 10 days ago. Phoned Midrand call centre transfered 2 times and got no assistance. Vodacom Direct is unconcerned that the 2 emails state banking acc will be closed if no response received by Friday 15 Feb. Virgin Mobile replies to emails same day. Should never have cancelled their contract, but all their branches have been closed.
