Day 1: ordered an item online listed as "in stock" with "next day delivery". Day 3: email follow up as to the expected delivery date - no response. Sent numerous emails on the same day - no response. Day 4: called HP Shop and was advised that the item is out of stock and may be in stock on day 7. I sent an order cancellation by email on day 4 requesting a refund. HP Shop confirmed receipt of the cancellation. Day 13: no refund received so I contacted HP Shop. The refund had not been processed and I was informed that the accounts department was processing it. Day 17: Still no refund so I followed up again. Day 24: received a response to inform me that the refund had ben processed and paid into my account. Day 31: still no refund and now no response to my follow up.
