Why am I BEGGING for Business?

I have been waiting close to three weeks now to receive a simple reply as to when my phone and porting will be completed over to Vodacom.

There are two tickets currently open:
These were meant to be responded to within 24 hours. At this point [more than a week later] I have received no feedback. Worst yet, our company works through Mercia Williams who is the account manager; and I cannot get hold of her nor does anyone return my emails or calls, her assistant while on leave Tracy Lee Burton has basically just been referring stuff back to Mercia who she says will reply to me [but Mercia is on LEAVE! ].

While this all goes on, I sit with an MTN contract expiring on the 28th, and no idea when Vodacom will deliver my phone and port me over. So I am left with a festive season and new year with no contact.

I guess Hello Peter is my last shot for Vodacom to please allow me to do business with them; what a lovely way to join a service provider. With them showing off how useless and incompetent there service is. All I can hope is that this does somehow lead to someone from Vodacom contacting me and speeding this process up!
