I am really furious due to Uni pins lack of contacts (no call centre number, only email & sms), I have been trying to get help and I am being pushed from pillar to post.
I have no power at home since last night, I bought Uni Pins and sent it.
1st message - token will be processed and sent via sms.
2nd message- your prepaid supplier is currently offline, please don't resubmit your token will be processed when supplier is back online.
3rd message- token cannot be processed please contact customer care on 0861 242 355. (that's not even the number to help me, get your facts straight.)
I sent a sms to 43471, and guess what still waiting for a reply.
This is really pathetic as I have no power this is really important and urgent now.
