Unipin Customer Service Useles

I bought electricity at an Engine garrage yesterday (11/11/2013) at 12:00 and dialed the *120*41589*PIN*MeterNo* as usuall. I didn't get any token via sms, after few minutes i did it again, still nothing. I then sent the pin to 43471 and got 'The pin has already been redeemed' then 'Hi kindly resent your Unipin request'. I did and still nothing, then i emailed [Email Removed] No reply, i sent another, still no reply... And before i came here i sent them the email below... still no reply.

Maybe someone will respond there, i saw some complains with replies."
