Electricity token never delivered

On 19 July 2013 I made an electrict token purchase of R150 via USSD, Ref. Electricity 04906802.
I never received the token, and later received a message saying my reques timed out.

I tried calling the number lister on the FNB web site, but got stuck at the point where it tells me I am not registered for cellphone baking.

I would like my token or a refund pls
