I purchased Electricity online yesterday for R500. I was sent the token. The token was different than my normal ones. It was from Prepaid world and not Ekurhuleni DIR. This token was rejected on my prepaid meter. After 3 hours in the dark and unplugging and re-plugging everything in, still the machine rejected the token. I went back online bought R100 and this time the token was from Ekurhuleni and went through. I have tried many times today to get my R500 back or a token that works and I keeping getting sent the same voucher with the same number. Everyone is just passing me onto someone else. and I am getting no where. I have had enough and I want a refund. I have been told by Che Lee that this is not possible? So what about my R500 then. Do I need to get my lawyers involved so that i can either get my token that works or my money back. I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back...
