I would like to log complaint regarding prepaid meter units. I recently installed a prepaid unit. My problem is this afternoon i bought Prepaid (at Barclay Square Spar) token for R100 but to my shock your prepaid units are way too low. My usage is as follow:
Last month and earlier this month:
R100 Token: 53.8Units (Normal)
R50 Token: 26.90Units (Normal)
Today:
R100 Token: 37.4Units.
If i compare today's units they are less by 16.4Units which i feel i am being ripped off. If I am not getting even half my Token amount ad this is not normal. Can this be investigated urgently and provide me with feedback or come and remove your prepaid metering system, if i will be paying 3X more.
