Trying to force me to stay with virgin. steeling

My contract literately ends on the 7th October, 24 months over, now I want to cancel this contract, now virgin tells me that because the load air time on the 1ste, I will be loaded to this, and I must pay for this, further they come and tell me that I have to now wait 30 days, as its 30 days notice on ending contract. I the f can you explain signing a 24 month contract, witch means on the 7th my number is a free number, its my number no they want to tell me that cannot I have to wait 30 days. plus you billing system is so far behind that I have to pay 3 month on after contract ends. I find all this very stupid, corrupt and further more proofs my point on why I am trying to leave virgin mobile in first place. Can't even keep your store open, now you try to steel where you can.

Then you ask to speak to management at 09:20 in morning, then they are in meeting, no one senior at HQ? no wonder you are failing as business.
