Virgin mobile requires you to call 30 days before your contract ends in order to cancel your contract, witch would be fine, but. I called 4 times to do it. Each one of there so called "champs" have no idea whats going on. They debit more money out of my account after they have assured me that it has been canceled. I asked them to make sure that it's canceled as i was porting my sim card to MTN witch is a FAR FAR FAR better service. Each time I'm transferred to retentions and you have to wait 20 minutes for a "champ" that also has no idea on whats going on. Just to be assured that it has been canceled. I will never EVER EVER even consider one of their products even if it was free.
