Apparently i breached my warranty

I own a blackberry 9360 that i bought from sport-scene and MTN. it got damaged a month ago after i had bought in December 2012, they told me that i have a 2 year warranty with them, now that my USB connector (charger port) on the phone board is lose, they told me that i am the one responsible for breaking it and that means the will not fix my phone unless i pay R1980.00. they said that my phone suffered a physical damage and accused me of dropping the phone hence the USB connector (charger port is lose). i would like hello peter to look into it please. It is not my fault that the USB connector is lose.
