At the end of the month (Aug 2013}, I checked my bankstatements and noticed debitorders that was sent back to the amount of R694 (bank fees - not cell phone account). After further investigation I found out that Cell C wrongfully, and in the middle of the month over a period of a few days submitted debitorders to be taken off my bankaccount. I took my bankstatement in to the local Cell C branch who sent an email to head office and assured me that I would get a reply within 24 to 48 hours. The email to headoffice was sent on the 25th of September. I went into the branch this morning and the employee confirmed that he had not heard anything from headoffice yet. When I took out my cellphone contract I selected a specific date for the debitorrder to go off from my bank account, and now Cell C is screwing around with my credit record because of debiitorders being sent back unpaid.
This is unacceptable.
