I was debited twice on my cell c contract in one month, once of my Standard bank account on the 28.02.2013 & the second time from my FNB account on the 01.03.2013. What incompetent people does Cell C have working in the accounts department. Because of their stuff up I'm going to be short this month... who's going to back for my bank reversal fees??? When i called the called the call centre they said to me that i will have to wait 24/48 WORKING hours (which can take up to a week as there is only 8working hours in a day) for someone to call me back about this & then ill have to wait another two weeks for the money to be trf into my account. this is so unacceptable because i DID NOT give them permission to debit my FNB account on the 01.03.2013... i have proof that standard bank sent them documentation to debit my account on the 30.03.2013
