Bank account details captured incorrectly

I went to Cell- C to open a sim top-up account. I provided them with all my personal details, eg;id, Bank details.payslip etc. However, every month end the debit order for R100 failed to go off. I called the Call Centre on two occasions to find out why the debitorders did not go off. They told me they would get back to me but up until now i am still waiting on a reply. I then went to the branch to find out what the problem was and they told me that the consultant in correctly captured my banking details, thus causing my debit orders not to be deducted. Dane then called the legal department to enquire about this and was told that i have to pay all monies outstanding or they will blacklist me. How can they do this, when i did not receive any airtime or sms since applying for this sim top-up contract. Due to negligence on the part of Cell-C, I NOW HAVE A BAD CREDIT RECORD. How can this be rectified?
