Thanks for the unwanted contract

A few days ago, I discovered that I have a third Cell C contract on my name, apparently I signed for it on the 13th of March. This mystery contract's bill has been sent to me and will be debited from my account on the 27th of this month with a ridicules amount of R580. The only problem is that I have no knowledge of this contract and also no phone to show for it. I have raised the issue with Cell C direct on 2013/04/23; they ensured me that the issue will be resolved. I heard nothing from Cell C the following day and called again on 2013/04/24 and again I was assured that this issue will be resolved and that they will call me on 2013/04/25. There are two days left before this contract will be debited from my bank account. I find this unacceptable; I don't think it is fair that I will have to go into the bank branch, to reverse a debit order which should not even exist.
