I'm disgusted to say the least. A contract with cell c was opened in my name. I have not applied nor gone to any cell c branch for a cell phone contract. I then sent an email to [Email Removed] after taking some two weeks to read my email i was refered to Funiwe Hintso. She requested that i do an affidavid and send my i.d copy which i did. Now there's no response, she's no where to be found, doesnt reply to my emails. I emailed [Email Removed] again still no reply. My credit rating has decreased because the person who took a contract in my name doesnt pay it. I'm now getting calls from lawyers and i dont know what to tell them because i dont even know the stupid account number. Someone better make a plan and fast because should a judgment be granted against my name there will be to pay. I cannot open an account or buy a car because everywhere i go i'm told about the fact that i owe cell c. Please sort out
