We do not have any connection to Cell C, no contract nor pay as you go.
It has now happened 3 times that an amount was deducted from the bank account of a non profit trust (that we administer).
When we asked the bank about this, they said that we should contact Cell C
After the first 2 times, Cell C responded and refunded the amounts deducted - but not the bank costs.
The same thing happened again on 20 March 2013.
I sent Cell C an email via their web site. To date I have had no response.
Is there an employee defrauding unsuspected people or is it Cell C?
