ABRUPT DISCONNECTION & PORTING AWAY ISSUES

I've been a subscriber to Autopage for almost 14 yrs. On the 24th of September I discovered that all 3 lines were abruptly 'hard barred' without any prior notification. When I queried this I was advised that my account was in arrears and that the hard bar was due to a debit order rejection for the month of August. I explained to them that I never had any debit order arrangement, payment for the month of August had already been completed, and that I was still awaiting the September Invoice which is presumably still in the post. I was requested to mail proof of payment to them. My lines were re-instated late afternoon of the 26th, way more than 24 hrs later.
Surprisingly, on the 27th of September (a day later), my lines were hard barred 'AGAIN'. I spoke to a consultant who indicated that although my recent payment was reflecting on their system, it hadn't been 'allocated'. She added that they would not be able to assist until Monday the 30th as accounts staff didn't work on Saturdays. Another issue is that I ported one of my lines over to another SP almost 3 weeks ago which to date hasn't been successful whilst the new SP have indicated that Autopage are the cause of the delay.
