I am very disappointed with the service I have been receiving from the Mtn. I pay my account via eft and I am able to do this between the 26th and 29th of each month. I used to have a debit order for the 1st of the month but after the debit order only went off my account the 3rd or 4th of the new month I cancelled it in order to have more control over my money. I joined Mtn in August of 2003 and after nearly 10 years I have NEVER not paid them. Now my service is suspended between the 26th and 29th of every month, even though I might have already processed the payment, normally I would phone the call center, explain that I have processed the payment even though it's not showing on their system yet and my line would be reconnected, lately it depends on who I talk to, one person will refuse to reconnect my lines but if I phone back and speak to someone else my lines are reconnected. This morning again they refuse to reconnect my line. I am actually fed up and am starting to consider changing to an alternative service provider.
