Onebox has deducted money off my account without my permission, I didn't even know who was taking the money off, so I called the bank, they gave me the details of Elite mobile, when I called them, the lady advised someone will contact me with 48 hours, no-one bothered to call me back, after me calling them again, they referred me to Onebox. So I contact Onebox and ask for proof of where I agreed to an email account as money is being debited off my account. guy says sorry about that he will speak to accounts and get back to me. He calls later that day and says a refund will be in my account by the Sat and sure enough they refunded me but short by R696.00 I call again, and they give me nonsense that the guy I spoke to doesn't work there etc etc, eventually the guy called me back and says according to their accs dept the amount they have paid is what they debited - I inform him he still owes me for 11 months, he says I must send him my bank statements and they will refund me. The bank charges R20 per page for bank statements. they refuse to pay me the R696. I am disgusted at how companies can just debit someones account without their permission!! and then make it the customers issue!!
