SHOCKING SERVICE YET AGAIN!

15 years as a client of MTN Autopage and the following incidents 1. Barring of my phone as they thought my bill was too high. My children were left stranded - no notice about being barred, just happened. Apology from . 2. Failure to deduct as per debit order resulting in a 6 month recurring bill and then barred from making calls with no notice and 6 months fees to pay! 3. Recent, debit order fails to go through, no notice of this but barred again! Previous time debit order did not go through, they just double deducted the next month. This erratic management of my account and shocking inconsistency has not left me apparently with the legal dept according to Nosipho from La Lucia, Durban. I was told by Nosipho that I owed nothing, now I am with legal. So from owing nothing to being with legal! It just does not make sense. My observation shows that one month did not go through due to the late payment of my salary. This month has gone through. So they double deduct when they feel like it and then one month they don't receive payment, I am with legal. I refuse to lead with the outlets as they don't seem to understand what is going one e.g. from owing nothing to being with legal!!!
