Signal Problem with Blackberry is ridiculous

I recently decided that i want to be a Cellc member because they where the only network that didn't have an internet cap, to my surprise the internet cap was added and now the funny story about data, if your date can go up before your bundle expires. but my reel concern is the network,
Blackberry BIS network is terrible on CellC, the bbm msg is always delayed or not delivered then I have to restart my phone and activate hosting table before msg will go through I can't take this nonsense anymore.

You have to fix the problem because no person can struggle like this to get signal..
