Bad service and even worse attitudes

We ordered a phone from Cell C direct on 21/03 & was told it would be delivered between 3-4 working days. A week later we called but couldn't get through to the 084145(#2) number-we choose opt 1 & were told that the contract was approved but that it will now be delivered between 4-7 working days. I complaint on the Facebook page & were contacted by the page-administrator whereupon I send the details through without any success. Donation from Cell C called me after I send him an e-mail & told me that he would make a note for urgent delivery & said it would be on the latest today-5 April. I called this morning & after about 30 min got through-I was told by SADI that the parcel was not even collected from the warehouse-so much for urgent delivery & promises. I also commented on the FB-page & was told by the administrator that they would contact the delivery department to find out what was going, apologising for poor servicec. A certain Matthew was also complaining on FB page about waiting for his phone for almost a month now-I commented on his post saying that we experienced the same. Well - next thing I was blocked from contacting the Cell C-FB page. Maybe Cell C can't handle the truth
