Is there any hope for cell c?

Is there any hope for cell c? Nope!!!

I complained about my faulty handset that I received. I was told that I should please ignore all previous correspondence they will fetch my mobile and book it as an OBF which it is.

The day my phone was fetched the lady called me I could not take the call so when I called back I was told that there is no record that I was called. I then asked to speak to the lady who called me the day before and again I was told that there is no record that I spoke to someone. so my phone was fetched and afterwards I receive a call to say that is going for repairs and it not an OBF phone. she made a mistake. I told her I called in within 3 days of receiving the phone so its still under the guarantee. according to her I only called after the 7 days. very convenient for cell c that there is no record of my calls. I then told the lady that I would like to cancel my contract and was told I can not do that. I told her she better fix this problem and that she need to call me back later that day. I was told that she would call me on Friday. its Monday and still waiting

Cell C is the worst service centre. please help them.
