I did an upgrade with cell c direct mid last month, within 3days my phone nokia ilumnia 720 started giving problems. i called in cellc they took 5days to collect and they told me i am likely to wait 21days to get my phone back. I SPOKE TO LERATO AT CELL HEAD OFFICE who promised to get back to me and she never did. I called her again on friday 3 October and she said i must hold while she is getting some info all of a sudden i was put through Mandla who said my phone will be delivered today tuesday 8 October. When i called in the call centre this morning i spoke to Constance who droppped my call the minute i asked for a manager. Now am back holding 30mins for headoffice no one is helping. In a nutshell i am extremely so dissaponited with cell c direct. i reall regret why i took a contract with them.my cell c ref is obf 099751 .up to now there is no clear answer when i will get my phone.
