BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I have recently taken out a new iPhone 5 contract with CELLC DIRECT and it was approved already last week Tuesday. I have been calling everyday to follow up on delivery and excuses were given such as system problems. I called CELLC DIRECT direct yesterday afternoon and they told me my phone was at the couriers. I called the couriers this morning and they told me that my phone was still at the CELLC DIRECT warehouse! When I called CELLC DIRECT after that they told me that they forgot to send my phone with the couriers, what the! They told me that I need to either call the couriers or CELLC DIRECT tomorrow morning to get a status update. Why should I have to follow up all the time? When I was taking out the contract I was told that I would received sms's and updates on the status of my goods, but not ONE sms received or any sort of feedback.
